El Arco is a young 4 year old Gelding. He is bred from real racing bloodstock, the sire Pillar Coral, needs no introduction bred by Prince Khalid bin Abdullah at his Juddmonte stud farm and now stands at stud by invitation only. The dam from no other than Motivator, winner of the 2005 Epsom Derby.

El Arco had his first run at Chepstow in March. Then with no rain and the ground just too firm for a young horse, he enjoyed his summer break out in the field.

He is now back traning being schooled over hurdles in preparation for a hurdling campaign. He is in training with Harriet Dickin Racing.
